4 From the home screen, tap Email.

    To setup an additional account, press the Menu key > Settings > Add account 

4  Enter your Name, email address, password and account description, and then tap Next.

4 Click on POP3 account

4 Enter your Incoming server settings, and then tap Next.  

• Host Name
• User name
• Password

4 Enter your Outgoing server settings, and then tap Next.

• Host Name
• User name
• Password

4 Enter the SMTP server address of your Service provider from the Table below.

    NOTE: If you are using a different service provider. Please log on to their website for their SMTP server address

 4 Once, it is done verifying, Cannot Verify Server Identity window should pop up as below, click on show continue and complete the settings.

4 Click on Advanced; Change the settings of Delete from Server to when removed from Inbox
