Outage - Fixed Wireless Service: Mount Cottrell and Arthur's Seat

Technicians have attended the site and restored services to the Arthurs' Seat and surrounding areas.

All service outages have now been resolved. There may be intermittent disconnect issues for the next few hours as technicians work to ensure service stability.

Technicians have attended the site and restored services to the following areas;

• Mount Cottrell
• Werribee
• Darley
• Blackwood
• Merrimu
• Geelong

Services in Arthurs' Seat and surrounding areas remain offline.

Current ETR for these services is still 2:00PM AEDT.

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing a service outage in the following suburbs and surrounding areas;

• Mount Cottrell
• Werribee
• Darley
• Blackwood
• Merrimu
• Geelong
• Arthurs Seat

These outages are due to multiple equipment failures. Technicians have been dispatched to both sites to investigate & restore service.

Current ETR for Arthurs Seat area customers is 2:00PM AEST

Current ETR for all other  areas is 11:30AM AEST
